I've had back/neck issues for years but it was a shoulder problem that haunted me for over 17 months. All the therapists, massage, osteopath, rehab etc only masked my issue while Lana addressed all my issues. Even with degenerated discs and super buildup of facia in most major muscles in my neck and back, I am walking much more straighter and zero….yes zero bunching of knotted muscles under my shoulder blade. Lana knows ever muscle, how they should work, what their limits are and if it's possible to recoup. Highly recommended without a doubt.
